On March 16, 2021, the development of public utilities started in Győr, Éger Street, within the framework of which water, sewers, gas and public lighting will be built in connection with 10 building plots. The construction of the utility will be financed by MIB Property Kft.

The planned completion date of the works is April 30, 2021.

After the completion of the utility, the construction works of one or one three-apartment residential building will begin, about which more detailed information can be found among our projects.
